You can get all sorts of tickers and stuff for your profile, but i think you have to do a few posts first for the space!!??

Well I certainly did not expect the response I got with my first post. Well last night went really well and I lost another 3 pounds so that 11 in total so far and I am so pleased :bliss:

I was really happy as I was a bit dubious this week (over indulged in Ireland at the weekend!!)

Hi Twiggy I think I'm doing that already, my mum and my friend are constantly asking me how many points are in things as I think I've memorised the whole book lol!! It's a whole new way of life but I love it!

Hehe, I lost a stone but put most of it back on Starting again.

Hey you're starting again though thats the main thing! There are so many times I've lost weight and put it back on but I'm back and track now and this time I will do it once and for all. You will too!! Good luck to you!
