Hi, just getting back into slimming world after trying weight watchers. Today i am having a red day:

Breakfast: 2 weetabix(HOB)
Semi skimmed milk (HOA)
Quorn sausages (free)
Boiled Egg (free)

Lunch: Salmon Fillet (free)
Salad (free)
Sweet chilli sauce (1 syn)

Dinner: Lean steak mince (Free)
100g boiled pasta (HOB)
28g Cheddar cheese (HOA)
Low fat pasta sauce (1 syn)

Snacks: Fruit (free)

Hi Huni...looks good, just make sure that the pasta is a wholemeal one on the Red day for your HeB. Unfortunately the white "normal" pasta can not be eaten unless syn'd on a Red Day.
are quorn sausages free on red ,i thought they were just free on green:confused:
