Today is day 1 of my tfr vlcd 'new you'. I woke up so excited to start this diet and rid my self of 30pounds.
food so far has been:
porridge - this smelled awful and didnt taste great at all, managed to eat half of it.
veg soup - again not great
I have two more meals today so hoping for something tasty.
anyone else try 'new you'?
