morning everyone
well it was a lovely weekend, but not very good food wise, dont think its a good idea to list what i have eaten thou lol
tuesday 8th may ee day
breakie - muller light
lunch - tuna with mixed salad
dinner - chicken with lots of veg
snacks - ryvita minis (hxb) 250ml semi skimmed milk (hxa) an apple

yesterday was a very good day apart from a few skittles that jumped into my mouth
i made a delish dinner just made it up as i went along.
wednesday 9th may ee day
breakie - muller light
lunch - mixed salad with bacon, ham and sweet chilli sauce (syns?)
snacks - ryvita minis (hxb) 275ml semi skimmed milk (hxa) an apple
dinner - my friend is cooking for me, she is making veg lasgne and salad not sure on syns but she promised it is healthy
gotta go doctors at some point this week to get my knee looked at it is still bad,

thanx everyone. plan if to go doctors tomorrow after my dentist as i can just drop into my doctors and be seen.

i had pasta with chicken, peas, sweetcorn and a tomatoe pasta bake sauce on it with cheese and a side salad
thursday ee day - day 1 of no coke for two weeks or more
breakie - muller light
lunch - mixed salad with cucumber, tomates, ham and bacon with sweet chilli on it( syns?)
snacks - ryvita minis (hxb) 275ml semi skimmed milk (hxa) an apple
dinner - gammon steaks with pineapple, new potatoes and tomatoes.
not sure what will happen on them scales tonight but after today i am gonna start writing my food diarys again.
also going doctors tonight about my knee
