New Years Resolutions.....

Apart from the obvious lose weight!!;)

Mine are:
Be a better housekeeper (I am not bad atm, but could improve!!:D)
Spend more time with the kids reading and such like.. (the kids love reading with me)
Finish some of my cross stitch work in progress (about 10 projects:eek:)
Be kind to myself and others.

1. Get to my target weight

2. Stay there! :D

3. Take regular exercise - to make me feel and look the best I can

4. Make my meals from scratch with healthy fresh good quality ingredients (instead of my pre CD diet of ready meals)

....er, can't think of any more, but I think the above will be keeping me pretty busy :D
1. Have more confidence and belief in myself :sigh:
2. Get to goal & maintain :mad: :break_diet:
3. Start exercising regularly and maintain routine :mad:
4. Make new friends :)
5. Find a new hobby :)
6. Stay away from men and remain single :rolleyes:

Ohh let me see.

1 Chill out a bit life is too short to get stressed about silly things.

2 Be more organised instead of being a scatter brain.

3 Stand up to my mischievous children and stop giving in to them for an easier life.

4 Go out for a meal with my fella at least once a month for some us time. We have not done that since my first was born 8 years ago.

5 Learn to like my self and stop beating myself up hopefully confidence will follow.

Right my resolutions:-

Of course is to lose weight and maintain. :)

To try and be the domestic Goddess my OH thought he'd married ;)

Spend more time on Facebook :)eek:) That ones the easiest :eek:

To visit my friends more often :rolleyes:

Think that should be enough for now, don't want to over do it :D
1. Finish off my book.
2. Get the website/podcasting site setup by the end of April.
3. Do my masters in NLP by end of June.
4. Spend the summer on my boat and make every minute of it relaxation....
5. Spend less time on the inter...
Be happier.
Worry less.
Appreciate what I've got not what I want!
Make more 'me' time!
1 - Lose weight and keep it off.....
2 - Start to exercise
3- Get to that Yoga class I always promise I'll go and never manage to get there
4- again......learn to speak Italian
5 - replay quickier to my emails......
