New York Plain Bagels

Hey everyone, i've got my books back out for SW and today is my day one. I haven't done it for 12 months or so.
Is a bagel classed as a B option? or partially? i've just looked it up and saw that it was 11 syns but I havent had a B value yet. I'm a bit miffed at myself.
or would it be classed as about 5 if I havent had a B as normal B values are about 6?

Sorry, bagels arent a B choice, there isnt enough fibre in them to count. You'd have to find the syn value and go by that Cant help you on that one though, im sure it'll be on here somewhere under syn values or on the SW website x
