newb helppp

    hi started s/w 7 weeks ago and untill 5 weeks ago lost 10lb in the last 2 weeks i ve gained 3 lb so my consultant changed me 2 original diet on thursday but im at a loss what 2 have for dinners.. im fine with breakfast, lunches and snacks but lost for a main meal.. a friend in s/w told me about the help u can get on this website so i ve joined in the hope use can help me out pleaseee x x:cry:

    Hi and welcome. I'm not doing SW but if you post direct in that section i'm sure you'll get plenty of suggestions. Have a look at some of the diaries too for ideas.
