Hi everyone. I'm doing SW EE online from the US as there are no groups in my area. I had a 2lb loss in my first week which I was really pleased with and I'm due to weigh in tomorrow. This morning I had a sneaky jump on the scales and the 2lbs is back despite being 100% on plan this week so far I'm also running 2.5 miles 3 x a week right now.
Right now I'm feeling as if I want to quit - I know that's not the right approach but I'm feeling so demoralized.
Deep down I know that it's probably water weight as my period is due Friday but I still feel as if I've worked so hard for 2 weeks for nothing.
Can someone please talk me down off the ledge so that I don't run out and grab a donut or big mac!!! Any suggestions are greatly appreciated, thanks for listening.
