There are a lot of things you can do to kill the sweetie craving, luckily for me I've never really had much of a sweet tooth, but occasionally when I do there are lots of options that work well, the most common is to have sugar free jelly with double cream (I prefer to whip mine), lately though I haven't had many of those (my Mrs has been doing research into low carb food and tbh she probably deserves more credit for my weight loss than I do.) she has been making up some rasperry mousse which is absolutely fantastic and only contains about 4 grams of carbs (if anyone wants to know how to make it, just post and I will ask her), she has also made some with rhubarb which is also superb. If on the other hand you want something to snack on then we also buy some big bags of peanuts and divide them up into 50 gram bags (about 4.5 grams of carbs). Hope this is of some use.
