Also thinking about my daily diet before was

Large bakewell tart for breakfast

Lunch crusty roll
doritos
kit cat

evening meal

depends where i was , mainly meat based cooked wrong

maybe chocolate evening snack or crackers ..

I was not a massive eatter just a wrong eater and I starved my self and binged etc ...

Yea I thought I had better add in, in case I look back in a few months or weeks and I think i was eatting less to lose.

Oh dear I have been going over on syns what a idiot vodka is 4 syns for 35ml so what is it for 25ml

need to tot up whole week and lay off syns tommorrow oh dearsy ... x
 
Ok I am on 106 syns and still have tuesday to go - not bad - hmmmm what can I do - no syns tommorrow or go over by a little ...

I've changed to green this week to try and get rid of some of the food that has been lurking in the cupboards for ages, and we're a bit skint, and I'm quite enjoying! It's nice to have a change :) I;m the queen of pounds at the moment, but it's all good :) How are you doing? Other than the alcohol glitch? xx

How do you feel doing all Green ? I will have a quick look at your diary in the minute, I know that skint feeling , but making sure I save enough for food from now on ... I went shopping for a few bits on saturday still cant get my head round how dear food is .. u would think I had not eatten on cooked before lol - I am doing ok I think the alcohol has ruined it to be fair other than that I have been good the thing is because u are never hungry on this diet you assume you have done badly I just cant wait my weigh on wednesday to know whats going on ... xxx

I am feeling peckish today .. must be just thirsty cant be hungry at all .. lol xx

One year later and I am back ! woo hoo ...

Day 1 - 100 %
 
I try and be syn free for breakfast and it sets me up for the rest of the day as i feel i have them if i need them as i find it harder in the evenings and want to pick pick pick. It's useful having your food diary on as i'm new at this and sometimes stuck at what to eat so thanks
