you need to do a food map then - get an a4 piece of paper - split your food into Meats/Fish etc, Carbs, and veggs and fruit - grab a magazine for some recipe inspiration and then mix and match your meals together.

Ta-dahhh! before you know it you have a rough plan for a few days! xxx
 
Good Idea thank you off to do it now ... its preparing the pack lunch is the worst :) xxx

I think your all doing a fantastic job. Its really motivating me to try the extra easy plan.

Just wondered if you could explain how the healthy options a & b work on EE plan. I know u can have either milk or cheese on a but not sure about b.

Also with free foods and super free do i need to always have veg or salad, like when i make a curry?

cant wait to get started.
 
Back again doing on my own for a few weeks but shall join new class with my mum too. Decided this is it had enough six stone to lose. How and how long will it take ?
