ProPoints Newbie food diary!

Last night was rubbishhh!!!

Went out to a pub with the family. There was very little choice, especially with my allergy.
I ended up having gammon, with green beans,tomatoes & chips cooked in beef dripping :/ i only had a few chips, didnt eat all the gammon either, but id say it was probably at least 30 points?!!

So yesterday 29/29

I think thats right anyway :/ il have to double check, my brain is totally brain-dead today!!

Sorry i havent updated, not been very well the last few days!!

Good news is i've lost 3lbs... Not as much as i would originally like, but not bad!

Just had my usual breakfast of coco-pops & soya this morn -5pp!

Arghhhh!!!
Im reallyy struggling! Been poorly for 5 days & most food has gone straight through me (sorry to anyone reading this who's eating..)

Anyway, today is the first day im
Feeling better and im
SO HUNGRY!!

I just wanna eat & eat & eat :( :(

Today iv had coco pops. Then plain pasta with a bit of olive oil & a bourbon biscuit.

But i just wanna stuff my face! Im not even starving i just feel like i reallly wanna eat a load of sweet stuff!!

Hey girls,

Had a rough few days as a family friend passed last week. Im a comfort eater and have put on 2lbs :( up to 11:6 :(

Hopefully this week will be a better week!

Had soya & nesquick cereal for breakie =5pp

Lunch = lots of lettuce& tomatoes-0
2x ww sausages -2
Small slice of chicken - 2 (guessed)
Olive oil - 2

3 party rings (!!naughty!!) not sure how much they are but will work them out.

So far today (minus party rings) = 11

Hi soph, just to let you know that ww sausages are 3pp for 2 but 4pp for 3, another case of confusing sums for multiples xx
