Newbie looking ideas/advice

Hi! I am new to SW and am looking for a few ideas.

What kind of (easy quick) sauces do you guys use with pasta and rice?

I am a complete pasta-a-holic and need a few ideas as I usualy turn to a jar of dolmio or homepride, what syns are these, is there an easy version I can do at home?

Quick and easy is a tin of tomatoes (chopped) or a carton of passata and then just add your own spices to it. Mix with pasta and its a yummy pasta sauce.

You can use fat free fromage frais to make it a little creamier or if you haven't used your HEX add proper cheese.

Hey I make sauces using chopped tomatoes, bacon, chicken, onions, mushrooms, carrots, peppers, peas and sweetcorn. I just fry it call in fry light then add the tomatoes, salt, pepper, mixed herbs and paprika and garlic. Sounds like alot but takes about ten minutes all in so can be done while pasta is boiling!
