Newbie needs help setting up avatar

Hi all
Not sure if this is the right place to post this request but I want to put my pic on my profile and when I go into "edit avatar" it just says "no avatar selected" and doesn't give me the option to add one. Any ideas welcome!

I`m not to good at the computer but I think you have to have 50 posts first . Take care .

You need 20 posts first to put up your avatar. Have a look at the link below if you haven't had chance yet.
