Hi i joined tonight and went to my first meeting, i thought i grasped the concept of it but i guess not
. I dont want to give up before ive even started too. I have chosen some food id like for the week but 1 i dunno if its correct and 2 i dont know what food category it falls into. I was just wondering if someone could point me in the right direction and help me.
tomorrow i was planning on having :-
Beans and 2 wholemeal toast, water and a banana and apple
lunch - jacket potato with tuna in brine and cucumbers, lettuce etc
(and havent thought about tea yet as waiting on new cooker)
