newbie shocked at first weighin

I had my first weighin this morning and was shocked at my weight 14 st 13lb and there was me thinking the lables on my jeans were wrong and i was realy a size 10 lol :giggle: ho well at least its a starting point ;) any hints or advive would be fab xx

You have done the hardest part - the weigh in so well done! Concentrate on following the plan 100% and you will have a great loss, and don't deprive yourself use your syns.

Write it all down and go for it, you can do it!!! Good luck xxx

Hiya Nico.... you did make me laugh! At least you're doing something about it. I hid from the truth for years and in the process gained loads more weight and weighed in at a shocking 16.5st!! :eek: Good luck on SW it really is a good plan me thinks :) x
