    Hi :D
I have been to my nearest Rowlands today and bought myself a starter pack and a soup selection box - I am starting tomorrow!

I don't intend on telling work colleagues etc that I am doing CS - as I don't want the added pressure to succeed (or the added shame if I don't!)

I am so glad that I found you guys in here.... It is good to know I don't have to do this alone.

I am roughly 6 stones over my ideal BMI, so I have a long road ahead of me. Wish me luck!

My working week is quite random - but I will visit here as much as I possibly can.

Good luck on this diet. If you stick to it 100% you should not feel hungry. You might get a headache about day 3 but this does not last for long. I like all the shakes and the berry bars. Not keen on the soups but you will soon discover your own favourites. Once again good luck you know you can do it.

its a good diet I think, far less traumatic than total food replacement diets, easy to stick to once you get into it.. wish you both all the best x
