newbie syns help - chippy

Hey there, I'm only on day 2 of sw but hubby has suggested fish and chips for dinner. All I've had today is cereal and milk so I'm pretty open on having a green or a red day. I haven't got a huge appetite so I can settle on the fish or the chips - can anyone advise on syn values? Cheers xx

Chips-average portion 27 on red or 17 on green !! (omg)
fish-cod 15 on red 22 on green,haddock is slightly better at 13.5 or 19
any thing else just ask
