Hi :wavey:

Not long started back at Slimming world on Doctors Referall, and determined to make this work this time, as put on more weight than I could ever have imagined in the last few years.

I've been looking through others food diaries on here and think it's a great idea, would love any feedback on mine please :)

This week So Far:

Friday
Breakfast: Tea With Dash Milk, Qtr Melon
Snack: Pear, Hi Fi Bar (HxB)
Lunch: Mugshot, Carrot, Cherry Tomatoes, Mullerlight.
Snack 20g Green & Blacks (8.5 Syns)
Dinner Bolognaise:
Mince, Bouillon, Knorr Beef Stock, Tomatoes, Oinion, Carrots, Mushrooms.
Eve: Glass of remaining 250ml Semi Skimmed Milk (Measured each morning into jug)
Drinks During Day - Herbal Tea & Water.


Saturday
Breakfast: Tea with dash Milk, 2 x Nimble Bread (HxB) & Marmite
Snack: Apple
Lunch: Mugshot, Cherry Tomatoes
Snack 2 x HiFi Lights (6 Syns)
Dinner Bacon (4 Tesco Healthy), 2 x Poached Eggs, Mushrooms, Tin Plum Tomatoes
Eve: Glass of remaining 250ml Semi Skimmed Milk (Measured each morning into jug)
Drinks During Day - Water.

 
OK, Can't sleep due to clocks going back yesterday - if i stay in bed will get struck with migraine! So thought would pop on here and update with yesterdays food diary:

Sunday
Breakfast: Tea with dash Milk, 35g Muesli, Strawberries, Muller Light
Snack: 2 Finger Kit Kat (5.5 Syns)
Lunch: Scrambled Eggs with Mushrooms. Cherry Tomatoes
Snack: Pomegranite hot Drink from Turkey (Unsure of Syns but think it's full of Sugar!!)
Dinner: Chicken, Dry Roast Potatoes, Broccolli, Carrots, Green Beans, Gravy - Knorr Stock+ Veg Bouillon
Eve: Glass of remaining 250ml Semi Skimmed Milk (Measured each morning into jug)
Drinks During Day - Water.
 
Monday
Breakfast: Tea with dash Milk, 35g Muesli - HexB, Strawberries, Muller Light
Snack: Grapes, Hi Fi Bar (6 Syns)
Lunch: Chicken, Salad, Carrot, Tomatoes, Kraft Light
Snack: Apple, Diet Coke
Dinner: Pasta, Mince, Bouillon, Knorr Beef Stock, Tomatoes, Oinion, Carrots, Mushrooms.
Eve: Glass of remaining 250ml Semi Skimmed Milk - HexA (Measured each morning into jug)
Drinks During Day - Water, Herbal Teas.

Tuesday
Breakfast: Tea with dash Milk, 35g Muesli - HexB, Strawberries, Muller Light
Snack: Grapes, Hi Fi Bar (6 Syns)
Lunch: 6 x Crab Sticks, Salad, Carrot, Tomatoes, Kraft Light
Snack: Apple, Diet Coke
Dinner: Pear, Jacket Potato, Baked Beans, 25g Cheese (5 Syns).
Eve: Glass of remaining 250ml Semi Skimmed Milk - HexA(Measured each morning into jug)
Drinks During Day - Water, Herbal Teas.

 
Wednesday
Breakfast: Tea with dash Milk, Muller Light, Pear, Tinned Pineapple Ring (1 Syn)
Snack: Grapes, 1 Hi Fi Light Bar (HexB), 2 Finger Kit Kat (5.5 Syns)
Lunch: Minestrone Mug Shot, Pepper, Carrots, Cherry Toms
Snack: 1 Hi Fi Light Bar (HexB), Apple
Dinner: Chicken Casserole:
Chicken, Potatoe, Bouillon, Knorr Veg Stock, Casserole Veg, Green Beans Mushrooms
Eve: Glass of remaining 250ml Semi Skimmed Milk - HexA(Measured each morning into jug)
Drinks During Day - Water, Herbal Teas.

 
Weighed myself on my wii today - looks like I've only lost 1.5lb :confused:. See What the scales as the class say tonight.
Haven't done much excersize during week, but have been busy packing up my flat every evening!!!


Todays Plan:

Thursday
Breakfast: Tea with dash Milk, Muller Light, Pear, Tinned Pineapple Ring (1 Syn)
Snack: Grapes, 1 Hi F Bar (HexB)
Lunch: Minestrone Mug Shot, Pepper, Carrots, Cherry Toms
Snack: 2 Finger Kit Kat (5.5 Syns), Apple
Dinner: Chicken Casserole (remainder from yesterday):
Chicken, Potatoe, Bouillon, Knorr Veg Stock, Casserole Veg, Green Beans Mushrooms
Eve: Glass of remaining 250ml Semi Skimmed Milk - HexA(Measured each morning into jug)
Drinks During Day - Water, Herbal Teas.

 
Not been completely on plan over the last week - due to house moving, plan to start diary again when back from weekend away on Tuesday. Would love anyones input on ideas to push my weight loss on
