ProPoints NEWBIE.... YES.... Food diary!!

I have my calculator... wooo hooo... brill didnt like the bit about putting in the weight but just put in any standard and then put loose... I know some would say not the point but it still means I am doing it for a loss!

Have had a really really bad day... not food wise.. just emotional breakdown today.. not sure why... so much medication and the insurance claim and then neuro specialists and others... think it got to me today... so with trying to fight tabs that will help you put on weight... don't help....

Sorry feeling miserable...:cry:

Think thin everyone and stay on track:D

I have 13 points left what can I have....

Porridge I could have some of that I think that is 1 pp per ounce only trouble is my scales have just gone... not long put new batteries in!

I had a half cup of porridge so that was 40 gms so I ended up with 9 Propoints left and to be honest... wasn't hungry and whats the point when you are not .....eating that is... had no chocolate in.. no crisps... no naughty food! :cry: But not a bad thing eh!

Hope you are feeling better today?

Not sure whether you have sorted out getting the stuff or not yet but I just printed off a free reg thing from the internet paid my £5.99 for one week, got weighed, got my stuff and then bought the deluxe pack for £15/16 and left. Seemed cheaper to just join for one week than get it all off the internet.

Thank all... had a little bit of a melt down again at work...lots going on and finding it all hard to deal with...

I am normally the one who is there to help anyone... and I still am.. so if anyone wants a shoulder.. I am still here for you :)

Just must be one of those weeks... think I need to get away and go home.. I miss my house.

hi yes, well done on doing this ww propoints alone, i went to a few meetings to get the hang of it and have done it alone since march.
hope you have managed to cook your own food as this is so much better :D
sorry to hear you havnt felt great, i know how it feels to be on medication that makes you gain weight :cry:but feel that pp have helped to eat a balanced diet hence the weight loss :D
we are all behind you in your journey;)

Hi irishlady

This is my second week and is okay...during the week I get home very late and too tired to cook...long story. So end up with WW meals which is okay as I have lots of veg.

The meeds get me down...just taken the start of my approximate 20 tabs a day grrr but if it stops an attack I am not going to complain! Sadly tabs weight gain has been about 3 stone!!!!

Weigh in day in Monday...I have started a little group in teams if you want to join us irishlady? No good with this iPad otherwise would give you the link but it is easy to find.

Shopping is always hard for me so going to plan some meals and work out the ops before so when I get in I don't have to faff lol

Up early this morning... and didn't know what to do with myself ... so made some jelly...then did the dreaded..........

Oh mine are those digital ones that go to half pound as I am still a lb and ounces girl lol so I do trust them ......it is just me stripping off every day to get on them every lol. Once a week weigh so they say.......WHO SAY lol
 
Lol Yes!! Do you get weighed at a meeting or do you do it at home!!! My scales go by quarter lb and i bounce and of them 2-3 times a day!! lol xxxxxxxxxx
