Hi all - just wanted to get my name out there and say hi. Just started today after a few attempts - normally find day 4 my barrier so if I can get past Thursday, I'll be flying!!

Noticed someone saying about buddying up - would be interested in that, just to have someone to talk to about any issues with the diet etc.

Looking forward to getting to know you all in here :)

Hi Trudy,

Welcome to MiniMins and the best of luck with your Cambridge Diet journey and you are right if you can make it to Thursday you will be in ketosis by then and it makes the diet so much easier.

It often helps to split a couple of your packs in two and spread them out over the day as this helps balance the blood sugars.

You must make each half up fresh and consume within 15 minutes as some of the vitamins are water-soluble.
