Hello Lisa
I'm a newbie as well, I only started last week, and am doing it from home. have my Weigh in 2nite.
I have found it pretty easy going, but am looking forward to the 3rd week, when I can start having treats.

I started at home, then joined the club for 5 weeks to get my measures and tape etc. but can't take part in the excercises because of health problems, so have decided to continue at home.

I am finding it quite easy to stick to - I like the portion control. I know it is calorie based etc. and I could have done it on my own, but years of slimming world were making it difficult to work things out, with RC everything is worked out for you.

I wish you both luck with it.
