:bliss:Hi all, I'm a busy mum of three and need to loose 3 stone, so I hope to get into shape with exantediet but my will power is rubbish so hope to get tips to push me on here xxxx I was told you can drink zero coke on this diet ????? and the exante powder to flavour water does anyone know if you can drink as much as you want ???? anyway I will try to keep out of the fridge, not easy when you still have to cook for the family. Thanks everyone any tips welcome xx
