Newbie

Hiya everyone, I set up a thread the other day but only now realised that there's a section for newbies,lol! I've started my Cambridge diet today and Im feeling good, I getting married in September and I'm not hoping I AM going to lose 6 stone by the end of August, ive also entered into the race for life on the 14th July to do 10k and im hoping to run some or even all of it, watch this space haha!! good luck to u all and I hope to speak to you soon

Thanks hun, it's always hard to get motivation even with a wedding on the way but I'm more determined than ever and really looking forward to doing the race for life coz I've been saying for years I'm gona do it and never do, until now!! What diet r u doing?

I'm doing Slimming World, on week 3 now :)

I did the Race for Life in 2010, it was lots of fun and obviously for a very good cause!
 
How was the race for life anyway, did u do the 10k that's what I'm hoping to run!! I feel helpless at the mo coz I gota wait for my stitches to come and me to heal and god as soon as they have I'm on that treadmill, had a bad day today and had some choc I am so angry with myself it's not on, then I read ur reply saying about the wedding pics and realised how stupid I was to have it and determined I won't again, thank u for your support.
 
I just did the 5k (that was enough haha!), I walked most of it too.

Don't beat yourself up about the chocolate yesterday, draw a line under it and focus on today - I hope you're having a better day today :)

Hiya blondeGem, I had a much better day yesterday thank you and no headache either, I feel better about the Cambridge Diet now coz I havnt gota think what healthy food am I going to make its just already there and decided for me, which I great! Weigh in Monday so fingers crossed that will give me an even bigger boost of will power! I hope your doing ok this week too xx
