Newbie!!!

Mondays Diary

Breakfast:
1x alpen bar
1x wholemeal toast
Extra light mayo (1/2 syn)
Wafer thin chicken

Lunch:
Rice
Turkey
Strawberries

Dinner:
Roast, Broccoli, Cauliflower, Peas, Roast potatos in fry light, roast chicken.
 
Results time!.................. I have lost 3lbs! I am so happy it means i have offically lost 1 stone :D in 12 weeks with pretty much no exercise! This week i'm going to start toning up doing abs and legs as i only have 8lbs left to lose and would like to be a little bit toned as well.

Also although my clothese feel a bit looser, i bought some denim shorts in a size 12 and i still cant quite do them up so i was just wondering how much weight it took other people to be able to fit into a smaller size, obviously i know it differes from person to person and where they lost the weight from so just a general idea!

Well done on your fantastic weight loss - you've done really well - I've been on Slimming World for a while now and am 4lbs off target - cant seem to get rid of these pesky last few pounds. :confused:

Thanks shaz :D Have you tried cutting your syns in half? I started off with 10 but if i struggle on the last 8lbs that i want to lose then im probably going to put them down to 6.
