newbies here, advice please

hello i lost 3 stone last year on lipotrim and gained it all back since xmas, docs just given me my little blue pills, does anyone have any advice as last i tried them years ago i was always at the toilet and had a few accidents:eek:

so im at college 5 days a week and really dont want to end up embarassing myself, all i remember from years ago was having a chiken salad with some mayo and its wasnt good, how can i avoid this as i cant eat salad dry

Have a look at the stickies..

Hellmans lighter than light Mayo is ok to have :)

Lemon juice, rice vinegar.. Orange juice squeezed over the top is nice.. I also like to add chopped fruit to my salads kiwi fruit, orange, apple etc..

Also the main rules
5g or less per 100g
15g fat per meal max
45g fat per day

And you will be fine :) !!! Honest ;0)

Hi Natalie & welcome

I've just done my first week (will weigh in an hour woohoo) & no accidents & not really much effect if you get me but I've stuck rigidly to the "rules". I've used a low fat balsamic dressing on my salads and last night bought Hellmans lighter than light - god it felt like Heaven lol!

I put a little Balsamic Vinegar on my salad, makes it taste sweet and tangy at the same time. good luck with Xen :) x

Balsamic a pinch of salt pinch of splender n grain mustard makes a yum salad dressing

Welcome to Xenical. You should take a look at the info for new starters. It explains the rules you should follow. You probably had side effects etc last time as you weren't following any rules or a plan. If you stick to them, it won't happen :)
