Just been to weigh in and shacken off 2 1/2 lbs, im happy ive lost but i did put 1lb on over the past 2 weeks so im not counting my chickens yet.

Rate, im off to mi darts n doms neet xmas party (dont worry i dont count the beer lol and i wont eat too much, carol who does the sarnies makes me a nice little egg sandwich just for me, blessss shes a doll)

had a bad day today went to xmas meeting at work and had a big cookie then mum opened some after eights i had 3 or 4 the dp bought wine and choclolate and i had some :break_diet:

Hey guys, just checking in. Congrats to Anwen and Mechamanuk on your losses this week

Not feeling overconfident I'll be able to say the same on Monday for my next WI. I was on a flexible syn day this monday as went for a christmas meal and whatnot - as I'm an obsessive scales person I checked my weight the next day and had only gained .6lb. But today I seem to have gained another lb but I've been totally on plan since tuesday so bit peeved now :cry:

I was so bad yesterday i was poorly and had loads of ribena, chocolate orange segments and A chinese!!!!!!!!! But feeling better and staying on track today so hopeing i haven't done tooooo much damage, Don't get weighed till Monday so hoping to do some damage limitation.
