Nibbling all day!!

Afternoon SF buddies:)

I have had to come on to try and get myself in check!! I can't stop eating today and it is driving me :mad:. I knew I would be like this today as I feel sooooo tired......

I have made sensible choices, so I think I have done well staying within calorie limits.
I have eaten (so far)
2xbig snack a jacks = 76
2xcrackers with cheese spread and ham = 100
1xbanana = 100
1xsatsuma = 25

I have only had one shake (217) today, because I had snacked so much I thought it best to not bother with the lunch one...do you think I did the right thing:confused: I also thought this would allow me to continue my snack fest this aft/eve:eek:

hiya Mel - from my working outs you haven't gone to much over the cals at all so if i was you i would have my dinner as usual and then an evening snack or you could have a lower in cal dinner and then you still have cals for later on/night time snacking :D

I have snacky days too but just tend to go with it and get it out of my system. I personally still have my shakes on days like this so I know I am still getting all my nutritionally balanced bumf.

I was thinking that about the vitamins etc... but was desperate to not over cal:rolleyes: Dinner should be about 530cals... so I can have a snack or two later:)

We all get those days Mel, where we just get the munchies lol. But at least you've stick with it today and not gone over your calories, great going. So easy to blow it on days like that, I've been there and done that before!!

wow stirky, 5 days 100% thats awesome! well done you. i start each day like that but willpower isn't too strong at the mo and the slightest temptation.......

I have added it all up, with dinner and the lolly-ice I just ate!! I am up to 1115cals...phew! I thought it would be more to be honest:p

Right I have to try and resist any more snacks, well,I may allow myself another snack a jack later;) I am also going to do some more skipping later, when the weather cools down a bit:)

Thanks Sparklewings, it's going really well. I had such a bad bad May that I had to give myself a big kick up the butt and just get on with it. I must say the thread on our 100% challenge is helping big time, keeping me really motivated!!! Actually done 6 days as had a 100% day the day before the challenge started! Can't believe I've done it so far, but I'm feeling great!

Mel, glad it worked out to be less than you thought. And I think pinkyfluff is right, on snacky days its best just to get it out of your system rather than spend the day thinking about the treasure in your kitchen cupboards!!
