Have you got an iphone ? I downloaded the true weight app I LOVE it as you can weigh in every day and it averages out your weight. It is a great way of seeing the overall trend and not getting too hung up on the daily numbers .

Thanks. Went out for dinner today and had chicken Parmesan and chips. That was about 1pm and I still feel bloated and full from it. Just got in from the gym, so think I'm going to try and have some porridge before I go to bed tomorrow. Plz plz plzzz don't let the scales jump too high tomorrow lol. Hope you've had a good day x
