Nikki<3 6lbs to go!!

It was yummy but it was a bit dry, I'm thinking an extra easy day and serve it with beans mmmmm x

Ooooh, and with some chips :)

I'm weighing at group tomorrow. Try and start going back weekly. I've got a day and night away at the weekend though and if it's anything like the last time we went I can't imagine next weeks will show anything z


Hehe, last time I went on a weekend away, I gained 4lbs! (and then lost 7.5, so even if you do gain, you'll lose it again being 100%)
 
Breakfast - strawberries, half a banana and a fat free weight wtchers yog.

Snack - iced gems (5 syns)

Lunch - turkey and ketchup (1 syn)

Snack - weetabix bar (HEXB) hot choc (2 syns)
9 minstrels (6.5 syns....these just slippind in without thinking!)

Dinner - SW Spag bol with extra mushrooms, tomatoes, pepper and onion.

Syn total - 14.5!

I've changed WI to a Saturday morning now. I was going to class and paying £5 just to be weighed and never staying so thought a Saturday would be good.

Had a pretty bad night tonight and just feeling rather low. Hopefully my mood picks up tomorrow :)

LUNCH - fruit salad and mugshot

DINNER - baked bean lasagne...yummy!! (1/2 syn tomato sauce)

Syns: 3.5 :eek: yay!

It was amazing!! Had it once before and as OH loves it too it's just a perfect syn free green day dinner,.... Feels really naughty too! Mmmmm
 
Friday 30th March 2012 - red day

BREAKFAST - ww yog and weetabix bar (HEXB)

Snack - 1 x Thorntons moment (2 syns) humbug (1.5 syns) Pepsi max

LUNCH - egg and turkey salad (0.5 syns for mayo)

Snack - mint humbug (1.5 syns)

DINNER - omelette (2 eggs, 1 extra egg white), mushrooms, onion, pepper, cheese (HEXA) ketchup (1 syn)

Bite of Easter egg... (3 syns just in case)
Fat free SW chic cake (1 syn)

I am going to start writing down all my drinks too so if you don't think I'm drinking enough tell me!!
 
I know I don't drink enough - it's difficult to remember!

Yay yesterday I lost 3.5l!!!!

Sunday 1st April 2012 - Green day

BREAKFAST
2 x wm bread ( not sure on weight so I'll count as 2 HEXB) jam (3 syns)

LUNCH
Low fat super noodles 1 baby bel light (1/3 HEXA)

DINNER
1 x popadom with mango chutney (2.5 syns)
Vegetable curry with SW chip (30g lF cheese 2/3 HEXA)

SNACK - homemade cookie (5 syns)
15g of popped Popcorn (3 syns) thorntons moment (2 syns)

TOTAL SYNS: 15.5

Ahhh ladies... Just had a Thursday night meal out sprung in me!! Looked at the menu and literally nothing on plan! Already ha yesterday off plan because of going away, tried my hardest today with a hangover and had 15.5 syns but I reckon that could be more like 20!

Really want to see 9st 6 on the scales in Saturday!
