Hi anyone, thought i would write down what i had to eat today

B - 2 slice WM toast 1HeB 2 eggs fried in fry light 2 slices of Aldi's low fat cheese slice 1HeA

L- whole small fresh pineapple and Nat fat free greek yog

Snack - 2 rice cakes

D - 1 pork chop fat removed, sm portion of pots 1HeB, carrots, Brocolli, (chops cooked in apple and cider)
1/2 punnet of raspberries, muller light yoghurt

Drinks Diet coke, coffee, no sugar squash with diet lemonade

Syns used rice cakes 3 syns i think
cider and apple with pork 6 syns

Try to eat more than just fruit for lunch as you may feel hungry later and have nothing prepared. Suggestions for a red day could be packets of chicken tikka or bbq with a salad, bacon sandwich (if you haven't used your hebs), frozen fish in sauce and steamfresh veg. It all depends how much time you get for preparing and actually eating.

Thanks I will! today i have again gone for a Red day so i will post my food diary tonight,

Positive thought for the day is "I am going to do well on this plan"
