So, today I had:
Breakfast: (sugar free red bull on way to work)
11am:
2 slices brown bread (2pt)
butter (1)
Strawberry Jam (0.5)
cup of black tea with sweetner (0)
Lunch:
(yuck, yuck, yuck...)
2 slices brown bread (2)
Lettuce, tomato, onion, cucumber (0)
(as a sandwich)
diet coke (0)
Dinner:
Half a tesco finest chicken and mushroom pizza (5pts)
diet coke (0)
Followed by:
toasted bagel (3pts)
with tub of Philedelphia extra light cheese (1pt)
a packet of treble crunch crisps (1.5)
a "cookie crisp" cereal bar (2)
Drank about 4 litres of water.

Oops, meant to save a few today but am having a really hungry day!!
oh well, I havent gone over, am very full and if I save 4 tomorrow, I still will have enough for a takeaway Friday night (and will still have kept to kickstart - woo hoo) but........ my weekends - disastrous - hoping I can have a shread of will power!! (I know its only Wednesday!!
