You're doing brilliantly well hunny!!! And you're a 10 too...a whole 10 sizes from what you started...and in only a year! You'll look fabulous at the wedding next week! Enjoy it hun, you deserve it! x

So, today I had:

Breakfast: (sugar free red bull on way to work)

11am:
2 slices brown bread (2pt)
butter (1)
Strawberry Jam (0.5)
cup of black tea with sweetner (0)

Lunch:
(yuck, yuck, yuck...)
2 slices brown bread (2)
Lettuce, tomato, onion, cucumber (0)
(as a sandwich)
diet coke (0)

Dinner:
Half a tesco finest chicken and mushroom pizza (5pts)
diet coke (0)

Followed by:
toasted bagel (3pts)
with tub of Philedelphia extra light cheese (1pt)

a packet of treble crunch crisps (1.5)
a "cookie crisp" cereal bar (2)

Drank about 4 litres of water.

18 used 0 saved

Oops, meant to save a few today but am having a really hungry day!! :D

oh well, I havent gone over, am very full and if I save 4 tomorrow, I still will have enough for a takeaway Friday night (and will still have kept to kickstart - woo hoo) but........ my weekends - disastrous - hoping I can have a shread of will power!! (I know its only Wednesday!! :D)

I could be wrong nowbut i thought the mini tubs of extra light philly were half a point :confused:

yesterday I had:

No breakfast!! - was in meetings ALL day long (from early) and didnt get a chance to grab something -

Lunch:
2 slices brown bread (2)
low low butter portion (1)
loads of free salad (0)
diet coke (0)

Dinner:
(staaarrrvvving by now...)
had my yummy salad again of:
lettuce, tomato, grated carrott, scallion, cucumber (0)
2 laughing cow cheese triangles (chopped teeny) (1)
3 chicken goujons (chopped teeny) (4)
1 slice of brown toast (chopped into croutons) (1)
2 tablespoons of extra light mayo (0.5)

treble crunch crisps (1.5)
a cookie crisp cereal bar (2)

drank about 4-5 litres of water, 1 sugar free redbull, 2 black coffees

oooh just realised thats 13 used so I saved 5 (didnt mean to - thought I used 14)

So, total saved this week: 9.5


Already know what Im having today as its takeaway night so... (sorry, I know this is boring... just rambling to myself really)

Brekkie:
2 slices brown bread (2)

2 low GI slices brown bread (2)
lettuce, tomato, onion, cucumber (0)
(as a sandwich)

Dinner:
a Dominos pizza (small - 6 slices) (15pts)
2 tubs of garlic and herb dip (6pts)

total used = 26.5 (still have 1 saved point left over!!)
 
Mmmmm your menu sounds lovely ! .. sorry to be a thicky but wats scallion? ... never heard of it before!

- 1lb this week :)

Will pop in and catch up properly later. soooo busy.

I didnt have pizza after, ended up going out dancing with couple of friends so spent all my points on vodka :)

(pixie - they are the long green mini onion type things - God Im not very good at explaining :eek:)

Well done on your loss. Are scallions a bit like spring onions but with a bigger onion bit on the end?
