Okay, so to help my healthy eating, I'm going to take photos of my meals. I don't know if I'll always post them on here, but it may help me to face up to what I'm eating!

Breakfast: 2 scrambled eggs, toast, 1/2 avocado, cup of tea

London 4.30 Paris 4.50 Going for dublin next...In Oct. Want to do new york but it'll have to wait until I can afford it. Both London and Paris fantastic :) how's your running going now? You've just done London haven't you? I was entered for Brighton but got a stress fracture. 3 months off running and I'm almost starting from scratch.

That's brilliant :) well done. And I know how frustrating an injury can be. Yes I did London - so much fun!! I was looking at Paris too

Another thing in common - I was also anorexic as as a teen - 17-19ish. Brilliant that you have a healthy meal with kids, as I do think it contributes if they see a parent fasting/dieting.

What time did you get for London, Lara? I gather you've got the bug if you've entered for next year!

definitely got the bug!! I did it in 5 hours but would like to do 4 hours 30 or under next year :)
I have a few local half marathons I have signed up for in May and July... Hopefully do them in 2 hours or less to get me on my way... the extra weight I have gained is definitely slowing me down!

Lunch - HUGE salad...800 cals worth. I'm wondering if it'll see me through the afternoon...

Loads of leaves, half an avocado, tin of tuna, pine nuts, leftover pasta, vinegrette. It was yummy and I'm stuffed.

Yes - Wimbledon Common. Not tried them before, but nice area to run and reasonably priced!

Ooh my folks live in Wimbledon...but it's too soon for me. I know there's a few round Richmond too

yes there are quite a few around that area - my parents also live near there, I just hope it's not full of runners who are all really fast!

Don't worry, there will be a good mix - bound to be some super speedy hares, along with a few tortoises!

I'm on 11 min miles for anything over 4 miles at the moment...The slowest I've ever been. But I'll soon pick it up. Look on the bright side, training with a few extra lbs builds stronger muscles...drop those lbs and whoosh! I'll be like a rocket!

Mon 28th April

B - toast, scrambled egg, avocado

Lunch - HUGE salad..loads of leaves, half an avocado, tin of tuna, pine nuts, leftover pasta, vinegrette.

S - chocolate crispie square, tassimo cappucino

D - baked potato & beef stroganoff with mushrooms and spinach

Exercise: 5 mile run on treadmill @ 5.3mph (11.15 min miles)
This was extremely difficult because it was so BORING! 55 mins running on the spot staring at the wall...(ok I did have my ipad there but still...) so surely miles that boring are worth double calories?

That's a great way to look at it!

I've always struggled with treadmill runs too.. Well done for doing it.

I prefer a treadmill run for that very reason. It's mindless and I can really get my head cleared and sorted without worrying about getting hit by a train or falling in the sea....

Trying out a new photo collage app for my daily food... Today: 2100 cals <img src="http://www.minimins.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=135629"/>

Looks good & making me very hungry! Never managed to wait this long for tea on a fast day but be of at the gym means I couldn't

Have had to move my runs around as ended up doing 3 miles this morning with a friend, evrn though it was my rest day. Slept brilliantly last night. The worst thing about this diet is that St the moment I really don't sleep well on down days. If that continues I may have to consider 16/8 fasting or another option instead.

Update:

Mon - (12.9) UD, 5 miles DONE
Tues - (12.8.5) DD, 3 miles
Wed - UD, 3 miles hills or intervals, core
Thurs - DD, stretch
Fri - UD 7 miles
Sat -UD 4 miles intervals (10 mins easy, 5 x 3 mins @ threshold w 2 min recovery, 10 min easy), core
Sun - DD rest
