No Chocolate for 1 week challenge

Well done Nomes keep it up i am starting exercise plan from tomorrow 3 days of aerobics 3 days of walking and a day of rest also on days when i walk weather allowing i am going to do some leg toning for my chunky thighs lol x
 
It's getting easier- when offered choc I just say I don't eat it. The more I say it the more it seems real iykwim??
