No Chocolate for 1 week challenge

I gave it up for a couple of months then started it again over Christmas. Think I will start it again in March. It is tough!

Brilliant Nomes, you are doing fab. I'm still off the diet coke too. Was out for dinner last night nearly ordered one, had to have a little red wine instead hehe. If you keep this up you'll be able to treat yourself at easter x
 
Well done Nomes thats a great achievement, they say it takes 21 days to break the habit - you're nearly there!

I've actually managed 5 days without chocolate!
 
Well done Nomes, your doing fab. Must say I succumbed last night to a can of diet coke. Had been out for some interval training and really wanted something. Hubby went to shop to get himself some white bread for giant cheese sandwiches the size of a house and I got a can of diet coke hehe. A well could have been worse........
