No energy arggh day 3 x

On day 3, my daughter has had a tummy bug so ive been running round, clearing u know what up, washing, just non stop and i just feel totally drained today, hopefully im near ketosis cos finding v hard today, mite go and have a nap with her in a while pass a few hours, just shattered, cant wait to get past this stage x

Its hard for the first few days and its not helped me a sick little one!

But you will be in ketosis within in the next 2-3 days!!
