Well, had my first session today at my local sunbed. What a strange feeling it was using it!!!! I thought my whole body was going to collapse, I had visions of my liver being in my mouth, my heart moved to my stomach....... it was so weird!!! Can that really be good for your organs?? All that shaking?

Felt all my fat wobble, which was good, I will defiantly be doing it again, I have heard so many success stories, as they say, no pain, no gain!!

How do others use it? Do you just stand straight? Felt it working all over, even my chin was doing the merry dance ha ha, but didn't feel a thing on my arms_bad bingo wings!!! Do you change your positioning?? If you do, is it during the 10 mins, or at the next time you use it??

I've just hired one today for a month and my legs and arms are killing me know :giggle:

The exercises I've done are mainly just holding different stances..... a squat, a deep squat, standing up on my toes, a lunge (first one leg then the other) press ups, kind of a reverse pressup sitting with my back to the plate and lifting my bum off the floor with my hands behind me on the plate, there's another semi squat type thing but holding your tummy muscles as tense as you can. I do each of these for only 30 seconds each and I honestly thought that my muscles were going to explode. It's an awesome piece of kit.

Thanks for that, I will try tomorrow. On the one I use, it says not to get off when it is moving. Thats why I wandered about the arms bit, really want to try and reduce those bingo wings!! I thought I would have to stand up for one session, then the next one put my arms on it, but it would be better if I could do different positions in one session

Liz you made me laugh. There's hardly any fat left on you to wobble!

My Hubby is buying one but can't decide which one to chose. Once I think he's made his mind up, he changes it again. Bloody men, worse than women for making decisions.

I know he wants one with the resistance bands attached so he can work the arms while on the machine. I say that you could buy a pair of cheap resistance bands and use them while on it. Same goes for light weights.

Lou, your post is brilliant, thank you. Helps a lot for when I EVENTUALLY get one.

Please keep me updated with your inch results. Tafflass on here has had amazing results! So has Caren.

Caz, Tafflass from this forum has the £99 one from Next and it's worked miracles for her. She lost 24 inches in 4 weeks. Amazing.

Lol, thank u, I have lots 'blubber' I need to get rid of!!! All over, I would probably have started re-feed but really want to get rid of tummy, legs and arms!! Fingers crossed this is way to do it.

Searched high and low for my tape measure, will need to buy one so I can monitor it, hopefully I will also notice in my clothes.
