Green Days No longer down in the dumps

I've just read this thread from start to finish and am so pleased that everything's going your way. You sound so focussed and determined. I wish you the best of luck with everything. And keep posting updates. You are a great motivation yourself

First of all - well done for coming on here and sharing your story; first step done! I have only just started my journey with SW (same as you, have joined before, but am determined to do it this time!) If you ever need any support just give us a shout, I come on here every night as my OH works evenings. And that is the time of night when I'm likely to reach for the bottle/fridge, so coming on here for a chat with all the lovely people keeps me on track lol!

Keep positive, and keep in touch hun! xx

I just feel its a bit disjointed but I suppose over the week its a hell of a lot better than what I was doing before!!

as long as your doing something you weren't doing before which you are.

I think you're doing really amazing x

MissClumsy good luck on ur weight loss journey. One day at a time remember :) This time round Ive been ok at night as that is usually my danger time. Most nights I have an options drink 2syns & a Ripple 9syns I really look fwd to this treat at nights.

Kerryathome my major downfall in the past has been the all or nothing attitude so by not doing exercise everyday I see that as a failure rather than focusing on the positive fact that Im am getting off my butt & moving.

I find it really difficult to motivate myself to exercise, we have 5 dogs who get walked twice a day but have always done that so doesn't really count as body magic, I have a wii fit but never quite get round to getting it out.

I love the wii but don't think it's strenous enough but def great way to start off having done very little before. Having said that wii active has me sweating after 30mins so shld maybe do that more often.

Hunca, have a look at c25k of you want something to challenge you. It's amazing. Builds you up from nothing to completing a 30 minute run. There are some great threads on here where u can join a challenge with others who are doing it. I found it so motivating and it really boosted my fitness levels. X
