*week just arrived but feeling ok not too bloated etc just hope I dont get any mad cravings for stodge & chocolate !!!!
Would really like to get my 1 stone over next 2 weigh ins finger crossed x

SW rice pudding is always a good one when wanting stodge!

Stick with it hunca. You're doing brill and you might find that around * week your hard work doesn't show, but it will eventually xx
 
I luv sw rice pudding. Wow Mrs S look at all ur rewards! I usually use minimins on my iphone but need to do an update as the app wont open so on pc today.

Lol thank you! I use my iPhone too mostly so know what you mean about not seeing sigs etc.

Scenic route for me, but I'm cool with that, I have a life too!

Been following this thread from the start and you sound to be in a better place already! SW really is a life changer.

Stick with it as you're so inspiring! And glad you and hubby are in a better place. Whoever said relationships are easy and men & women are compatible needs their head checking! xx
 
Isnt it mad that simply by making far better choices in regards to food really do impact on our state of mind. Hubby still working long hours some of these purely by choice but on the whole we are def talking more. Still in seperate beds tho, no idea if my snoring has stopped. Some mornings I wake with a bit of sore throat so prob still snoring! Been slacking a bit this week with my exercise as DD is off school for Oct break but fully intend to focus on that again as from Mon.

You are such a great woman if i was in ur situation i would have gone the oppisite way you keep going and reward your achievment xx

WI number 4 tmrw & really nervous! Only need a 5lb loss to reach my 1st stone so anything tmrw will be great. * week arrived on Fri so unsure how that will show on scales tmrw. If I can achieve this over 2 weeks then that will leave me 7 weeks til Christmas which I would love to lose another stone by then. In the nicest possible way I cant wait for DD to go back to school tmrw so I can get back into my excercise as I really haven t done much this week! Tonights the 1st night in weeks that I have a very very slight feeling I could just reach for all the wrong things so I'll apologise now if I start posting or replying
all over the place in order to keep my fingers busy typing & not opening pkts of crisps or choc lol
I'll be up bright and early tmrw to step on those bathroom scales. Wish me luck & good luck to all the other Monday weighers & not forgetting all the Tues, Wed, Thurs,Fri, Sat & Sun when their time comes x

Confession time :eek: went off plan big style last night!
2 ripples, 3 pkts of crisps & slice of homemade banana & chocolate cake!!!!
Boy do I feel like c**p this morning. Weighed myself & Ive stayed the same this week but hey ho onwards & upwards as they say. Clean slate this morning & moving on from last night. On the plus side slept in same bed as hubby last night & dont recall him waking me to tell me to stop snoring or him moving to spare room so fingers crossed its the start of things to come. So p****d off tho that I ate all that last night but all day I was fighting those thoughts in my head.

Oh dear hunca!! Not to worry, hold on to how bad u felt the next day and remember that feeling next time your reaching for goodies!! Also, make sure u have some nice low syn snacks in for emergencies!!! ;)
 
Yesterday wasnt a good day BUT positive this morning & not going to dwell on it. Im still 9lbs lighter than when I started & a quick rethink of what spurred me into restarting sw 4 weeks ago have hopefully helped me to draw a line under it.
2 slices of toast with scrambled egg on top for breakfast this morning followed by an hours walk then going to wash the car. * week has been & gone so feel better now.
