So I rejoined slimming world tonight... I have a massive diet history but I am leaving all that behind me and starting afresh! I'll be post pics of ever meal... So here goes! Tonight after group I've had maggi's garlic chicken... 2 sheets which I believe is 2 syns, new potatoes and baked beans. Very full and it was delicious! I've not done well on filling a third of my plate with super free but I'll do better tomorrow. Might have done fruit before bed.
