Dinner- sweet potato and bns chips in actifry

So tired after the disco so today's going to be tough.

Breakfast- all bran and skimmed milk

Lunch- ham sandwich

Snacks- choc - 15pp

Dinner- actifry chips and meat loaf

Don't know about today- still don't know where we are going but him is on simply filling so that helps x

Yep x although disappointed about yesterday im sure eating 49 weeklies in one go isn't the best x

But that's why theyre there! Don't beat yourself up- if you stick to plan today and tomorrow then you are still on track. If you don't then there's tomorrow.

You have been good- I was the same yesterday and today I'm determined to stay on track- x

Yep your right ...I always feel guilty for using the weeklies but I know I need to stop I was the same when doing pp xx

Soo it's Saturday and always a worry.

Breakfast- two crumpets and cheese triangle

Banana

Snacks- apple and two nectarines
Ww bar-3pp

Lunch- slice of last nights meat loaf
All bran and skimmed milk

Dinner- prob pasta bolognaise

Meringue nest- 1pp

Weeklies- 34/42

Day 5- weighing in Monday morning so hoping for a loss this week :)
