NooNoo's ww journey, Still alive and ww-ing!!!

Morning all!
I sat and wrote a lovely long thread the other day and then lost it!! ARGH so this is the first chance I have had to get back and do it again!
So I dont know if any of you remember me off the CD board I have been on and off of that for the past 2 1/2 yrs! But sadly I am heavier than I was when I started CD:cry:

But after months of doing nothing about my weight I started WW on th 29/9 and I am throughly enjoying having my fruit and veg and 3 regular meals a day again.

I lost 6lb in my first week which was pleased about, I am doing core, which helps me cut out the crap and makes me eat 3 regular meals a day and have healthy stuff in between.

I loved CD as it cut out the temptation of eating and the weight just fell off, but at this moment in time its just not
right for me, I know ww works I know I do eat healthy when I am following the plan. I feel very fat and uncomfortable with myself, but I know even just the last 2 weeks following the plan I am feeling better about myself and healthier, so long may it last!!

Anyway need to get off and get the day started!!

Welcome back. Don't worry about what has already happened just concentrate on the now. Your journey with WW begins now. I did CD and lost nearly 5 st and put it back on and more. After reading about how well Starlight was doing on WW decided to give it a try. I am now 28 1/2 lb down and coping fine. I'm sure you will too. The others in this WW section are great for help and support

Irene, well done on your loss so far you are doing great 28 1/2 lb is fantastic!!

I sometimes think its better to have had a diet break for a while, as it makes you more motivated when you do get back on track!well it does me anyway, just need to stay in ths frame of mind!

I have wi on a monday night, so its nearly here again!! Only prob I have is that the weekends is the only time we get together as a family properly, what with Vic working nights, so I tend to eat heavier meals, not particually bad meals, just bigger ones! the rest of the week has been good, so hoping for another pound or so off again this week.

Hello again, and again thanks for all the warm welcome messages.
Well its 2nd wi tonight, I have been ok this week, but could have been a bit better, and I really need to start properly logging the 21points I am allowed, rather than just guessing at them!
Bit of a bummer this am as TOTM decided to appear, so I am not holding out for a loss tonight, but I am trying to look at the whole bigger picture(as a lady in the WW mag said) its a case of changing your eating habbits and not loosing the weight fast that is really important, which is so true!

Anyway wi at 7pm tonight, so I will pop back by later to let you know how it went!

and even though totm arrived this morning, I have still lost 1lb, so I got my first sliver 7!! Yeah!!

really pleased with that and am in a good frame of mind for the next week.
