Not-quite-week-1 WI news!

    For those that read my other post ('should I...?') - well, I did weigh tonight, and am very pleased to see results of my hard work so far this week. Have lost 9.5lb so far - and is not quite the end of week 1!! (Day 6)

    Will get official Week 1 WI on Tuesday, yes I know that's 9 days, but after that it should be properly weekly.

    And I'm officially in ketosis! Yay!

    Couldn't have done it without the support and encouragement of this board, so thank you. My jeans being too big now is largely down to you lot!
