Day 5. Thursday EE

Breakfast

Berries and Greek yoghurt
1 x wm toast with poached eggs (1b & 1 for slither of butter)

Lunch

Cottage pie, with carrots, peas (1/2a for cheese topping)
Broccoli / green beans

Dinner

It's my hubby's bday so we had a curry, we had chicken dansak, I had it with special rice, salad I did have an onion bahji and popudom (will say 35 to be on safe side)

2 large red wine (16)

Syns 52. 114/104. So slightly over syns but hopefully the curry wasn't that many so will go syn free until wi Sunday.

It's going to be really hard not to drink today & tomorrow as Fridays and Saturdays are usually my days to have a few glasses of wine! My hubby's fault! Because he was very inconsiderate and had his bday yesterday I have zero syns left!!

Im gong to try my hardest to have good first week back on plan, may try and do some exercise later!

I've weighed this morning and 1.5lb off, I'm going to take that, I know I'm a day early but last night was hard with no syns and don't want to have a completely rubbish weekend by another night syn free. Fresh week today.

Day 1 green

Cottage pie with veg (1b for mince 1a for cheese & 3 for gravy)

Had a bit if the kids mac cheese whilst waiting to cool my dinner! (10?)
deli noodles with stir fry mixed veg (don't know if there's any syns in the deli box's? Will say 1)

2 large red wine (16)

Need to get some exercise in today!

Confession!! I was planning to be good and just have fruit for tea after my fry up this morning & toad in the hole lunch,
I made my first chocolate cake this morning as had family over for lunch, I can't stop eating it...well two pretty big slices, oh and a glass of wine. So day 2 and probably used all my syns up! (Hangs head in shame) I'm thinking if I can just go pretty syn free until wi I might just see a small loss. My treadmill is back up and running so will have a few runs this week. I'm so peeed off with myself!

I have been so crap today, I'm so rubbish I can't even stick to plan for 1 week! I've had a binge tonight and feel totally crap for it! I don't know what's wrong with me, I wasn't even that hungry. I don't want to make excuses but my hubby may be laid off at the end of October, I'm trying my hardest to hold it together but am terrified if he does, how the hell are we going to provide for our 3 kids & 2 cats on a part time wage??? The stress is definitely having an effect on my will power! (Not that I've got a lot of wp, just a lot less than normal lately!)

I'm going to have to start fresh tomorrow. I go on holiday in just over two weeks (if we can afford it!) and really want to be in the 9's by then. :( :( :(

So we took the kids to our local Mop fair tonight & had a burger & some candy floss! I have no idea on syns if I say 50 hopefully that will more than cover it!

Sorry tonhear about hubs possible redundancy. Got my fingers crossed that it all works out well. Todays food looked so yummy!

Well I hope it's good news for you and your family :)

You should be very proud. That's the good thing about it, if you have a hungry day it gives you room to eat a little more. On to another sw freindly day tomorrow :)

Well a bit of extra garlic bread sat was nothing compared to the day I had yesterday, it all started when I baked some toffee & chocolate brownies, they were so yum I just couldn't stop picking them, then I had my yummy sw roast dinner....with a few glasses of red wine & if that's not enough ate a whole frozen pizza to myself whilst watching xfactor!! I did manage a 4k run but the scales are showing the damage today with a 2.5lb gain in one god damn day. I'm furious with myself, next weekend I need to ensure I have the majority of my syns to use & I'm NEVER baking again!

Three days until wi, I'm going to do success express until then!
