Just made and eaten my yummy leek & potato soup, I made it with very low fat creme frais which I've never used before. My whole family ate it too!! I've also got a chilli cooking for later, very organised today.
I woke up this morning with a cricked neck, not surprising with the amount of space I have to sleep, our 1 year old sleeps in with us, (my own fault I know) so I'm in absolute agony today, just dosed myself up on pain killers and now in bed watching a film while hubby holds the fort!
 
Curry in the slow cooker for later, smells delicious.

I had a sneak peak this morning & I'm 3 lb up, I did eat quite a lot yesterday. I mustn't let it get to me though, I'm going to drink loads of water today to try & get rid of the bloat!

1/2lb off this week, I'm surprised I lost any with all the extra syns I had!!

I've got some herbalife shakes left in the cupboard so I might have a couple of days on that, we'll see!

So last night the hubby got home from work with the kiddies & realised he'd forgot his house key, I was still at work so he said he would treat us all to dinner at the local pub, all the way back to meet them i planned steak or chicken skewers, I ended up with burger, chips onion rings & a large glass of wine! I suck!!!!
Maybe a few days with very few syns is in order....

I'm so rubbish keeping up wit this diary but back on it again...I'm off on an 80's weekend a week Friday so want to lose a couple of pounds! I'm still around 10.3 & just want to see them 9's again!
