Nothing Tastes as good as....Who am I kidding! Yom

Today I ate,
Banana (as above)
Supernoodles -Low Fat
Bowl of Garden Peas
Quite a bit of Lean Mince made into burgers, with mushroom and onion. 1 x bread roll. Hcb

Hardly anything to drink.....might try and get though a litre of water b4 bed....wish me luck !
 
No Breakfast
Homemade Burger with Mushroom and Onion, HCa Cheese and HcB Bun.
Rice with Peas and Mushrooms and Onions

Weight In is at 7pm tonight......I am sooo frightened
 
6 Hours to go! Need another Water!
 
Just 3 hours to go, finished second water (takes me to a litre)
Looking forward to my celebratory Cheesecake If i manage a loss!
 
Lol I must weigh of water!
I was 11stone 13lb, so inly 0.5 loss from last week! HUGE BOOO
Came home and ate half a shop bought cheesecake!
Synned for the week, now down to business!
 
Today: Breakfast = Fruit
Lunch = Salad w/Chook
Tea = Stir Fry

No syns on account of the cheesecake.

Plus Dancercise, 1 hour, Gym, 1 hour, Swim 30 mins, Spa, Steam Sauna....!

Plus 2 Litres.....SO! Lets see if I really do it!
 
Breakfast = Nothing
Gym = Cardio, Weights, Swim, Steam, Spa, Sauna
Lunch = ...raiding the cupboards for some Super Free Foods

Missed the Class, so Going to go back tonight x
 
I had Mashed potato with an egg to make it creamy, with Baked Beans and Green Beans!
Bit boring, but it was ok.
Might need a Yoghurt soon too!
 
Oooh made the Quiche! Literally the bestest slimming world concoction!

Plain Rice or Savory rice, cooked normally.
Flatten into a pie Dish
Cover with chopped Onion, Mushroom, Tomatos and sliced lean bacon (other veg as you like)
Beat 3x eggs with 2 tblspoons fat free yog or fromage frais cover the topping.
Put sliced tomatos and sprinkle with cheese (if only 30grams then its HCA for the WHOLE thing)

Bake for 45 mins about 180. I have a pic which I'll upload!

Ate this today only!

Thank you for the support! I am making a diff quiche today....Tuna and Sweetcorn from the slimming world eats website. My whole weeks worth of recipes have been taken from there.

Synned SOOOO bad yesterday like 50 syns!
Off to gym to do class, cardio, weights, swim and sauna, steam, jacuzzi.....

I used tesco own low fat or fat free nat yog. You only need a little. from frais can be used too.

Today I ate 4 ish Bacon, 1/2 Tin Beans for Breakfast
For Lunch I had some low fat Super noodles and a vanilla muller with choc sprinkles.


I am now making the Diet Coke Chicken...with Mash and not sure what veg yet...maybe peas.
