Since starting Alli he has only had one unfortunate side affect which was to pork and now avoids it.

However he wanted to know if increased need to go to the toilet is normal? He says its completley normal not the signs of an upset tummy but goes up to 3 times a day.

Can Alli increase your movements due to the fat being blocked?

Thanks!

good morning,
think your husband has a bizarre fascination with his bottom!.. im under the impression that every ones different, and he is after all on a healthier diet, maybe its his body just settling down to the idea!..
dont think i would worry to much! 3 times is not excessive!!!!!

Haha il tell him that!...He just hated the idea of tablets in the first place but he has done so well and the Dr said it would just give him a little help to lose that final stone.

I'm not counting but I'm aware that I now do more No2's than I did in a day. As I take the view that the more that comes out the better that's great. I'm also eating much more fibre than I was so that may have added to the additional visits.

Nothing to worry about, that's completely normal... lots of poo's is good :)
