Must say that your menu looks lovely.

It is not only weight what determines how many points, but height , age and how active you are.

I weight in 9 st barcket, started ww with 19 points when weighted over 10st.

What oats do u have for brekki? ive been to asda twice now to buy oats but they all seem to high in fat!

Have u been using the wii fit? how u finding it? Ive been using it every night for 30 mins n loving it! is there somewhere that tells u home many cals u burn in a session?
