Thanks Rachael! But how I know was it moderate or hight? for example Davina DVD- jumping, punching and squats is it moderate or high?

I got Super Body WOrkout and it is ok. But got a bit bored with it. Tried some others but all seems cheessy comparing to Davina's one. Might look on amazon for this one you got. What music they got on that power of five?

Its not power of 5 - its High energy 5 - I got bored with mine and swapped it with a freind last week for a tummy fat burning one!

Tracks on it were mainly clubbing one's was ok but like u said u soon get bored of them and need a few me thinks to keep motivation going!

Yesterday - Tuesday was a bit off track because went out as a last minute thing instead of having my planned jacket potato!
